VIKON Operation Services

VIKON's ambition is to be a complete supplier of hardware and services within condition monitoring. Our services are flexible and customer oriented. A variety of services have been created to suit MMP users who like to take care of themselves but also want the ability to grow over time.

PEMAC® - Subscriptions

The MMP palette contains four levels of user agreements which are licensed on a yearly basis and priced individually. Select the subscription that best suits your company!

PEMAC® Ground

The fastest way to cost-effective vibration analysis for them who handle condition monitoring themselves.

The MMP is delivered with the evaluation tool PEMAC® for PC, default configured for monitoring with alarm limits according to e.g. an ISO standard. The user can see frequency spectras and machine status in form of tables with a summarizing colour code in green, yellow, red.

PEMAC® - Basic

On this level is shown a machine image which graphically displays measure points and status using colour codes. PEMAC is also configured with measuring instructions for the machine to be monitored.

The machine is registered in VIKON's database which simplifies the task if the user requires an in-depth machine analysis.

PEMAC® - Mid

This level offers expert advice from VIKON through monthly reports based on transmitted measure data which means highest possible machine protection.

The user gets to know if something is wrong in the machine, how serious it is and the developing trend. Another big value is that VIKON continuously optimizes the alarm levels which are attached to the report.

PEMAC® - Max

This level is recommended for those with production critical machines requiring cost-effective maintainance.

Apart from the monthly report points out faults in the machine, it also displays exactly which component is bad and which service action is recommended.
